BKP provides general support (pramubakti) services as part of company operational support, with personnel who are professional, responsive, and service-oriented. The service helps ensure operational needs and supporting activities in the workplace run in an orderly and effective manner.

• Occupational health and safety (K3) training
• Service and work-ethics training
• SOPs applied to each client’s needs and characteristics
• Regular supervision and performance evaluation
