How long does it take until workers are ready for placement?

The duration depends on the number and qualifications needed. Once requirements are agreed, we run a layered recruitment process: document verification, competency interview, background check, and health screening. A more precise estimate is given during the initial consultation.

Does BKP handle employment contracts, payroll, and social security?

Yes. Official contracts, wage calculation and payment, and BPJS Health and Employment enrollment are all managed by BKP in line with applicable regulations. Clients receive regular reports for monitoring.

Is there a minimum number of workers per request?

There is no fixed minimum. We handle requests ranging from a single position to hundreds of workers; the partnership scheme is tailored to the scale of placement. Please include an estimated headcount in the consultation form.

Which regions does BKP serve?

BKP places workers across 42 cities and regions spanning from Sumatra to Papua — the full list is in the Coverage Area section on this page. For locations outside that list, availability is confirmed during the requirements discussion.

How is worker quality maintained after placement?

Every placement is accompanied by periodic supervision and evaluation together with the client. Attendance, performance, and compliance reports are shared regularly so issues can be caught early.

Can a worker be replaced if they are not a good fit?

Yes. The replacement mechanism and timeline are set out in the partnership agreement, so client operations are not disrupted during the replacement process.
