Job Description

BKP is opening a Collections Staff (Desk Call) role to contact customers regarding payment obligations professionally and in line with regulations.

Responsibilities

Contacting customers to remind them of payment obligations
Recording communication outcomes and follow-ups in the system
Achieving the set monthly collections target

Qualifications

Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education
Communicative and patient when dealing with customers
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
